Harford Mall

This 500,000 square foot enclosed mall is anchored by Macy’s and Sears Department Stores. It features a number of national and local retailers as well as numerous dining and service opportunities. It is a single level mall that has been open for over 30 years, and has gone through numerous changes and expansions over that time span. It continues to be the retail fashion hub of one of Baltimore’s most important and fastest growing suburban counties.

The Daniel Group, LLC leased the center for its initial expansion and re-modeling for the prior owners of the mall. In the period of this expansion almost all of the original tenants were replaced with modern and powerful national, regional and local tenancies that have endured the test of time and still operate successfully in the center.

Cortana Mall

This 1,200,000 square foot regional enclosed mall is anchored by Macy’s, Dillards, J C Penney and Sears Department Stores. It features not only the notable mix of anchor stores, but approximately an additional 120 retailers inside this huge single level property. The ring road for the centers is home to Walmart, Sam’s, Lowe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and numerous additional Big Box retailers.

The Daniel Group, LLC worked on the center with the responsibility to re-merchandise and continue the successful leasing program that was already in place. One of the highlights of the leasing was the successful addition and opening of a Virginia College in the premises that had previously contained a shuttered “Steve & Barry’s” anchor store.

Towson Town Center

This 900,000 square foot enclosed mall is anchored by the first Nordstrom Department Store in the Baltimore market and is complemented by a large Macy’s store on the other end. The mall is a four level property surrounded by six levels of enclosed parking deck and features many fashion retailers comprising a full range of price points. This is the only Nordstrom Store that contains three levels of traditional store sitting on top a Nordstrom Rack, all connected by internal escalators.

The Daniel Group, LLC leased the entire four levels of retail in its initial opening and successfully turned the property back to the original developer with 94% of the space committed at the Grand Opening. The mall contains 500,000 square feet of specialty stores, restaurants, services and Food Court.

Queen Street Retail

(HNDI) is working to transform Queen Street Retail into a vibrant, cultural, entertainment destination providing tourists with an experience as exciting and unique as the Falls itself. This series of storefronts along the historic major retail street in Niagara Falls is being revived to again become the leading retail area in the entire market.

The Daniel Group, LLC is working to attract both American and Canadian retail chains to lease stores along the Street. Numerous eateries and restaurants have opened, together with some small specialty retailers as the area begins to take shape.
